What type of items does Catalyst Consignment accept?
Catalyst Consignment currently accepts new and like-new mainstream and designer women's clothing less than 2-3 years old in sizes 0-3x. Workwear, casual wear, formal wear, shoe handbags, jewelry, and accessories are all accepted. Please bring clean items on hangers for easy viewing.
When can I bring my items in?
We gladly accept daily "Drop & Go" consignments with the option to pick up any items not accepted within one week of the screening Date. Items not accepted or picked up by the pickup date will be donated on your behalf to a local non-profit. Catalyst Consignment is able to pick up your consignment or donated items by appointment for a convenience fee of $25. All items are donated to one of the following local non-profits: Goodwill of the Central Coast or the Salvation Army.
How should I prepare the items I bring in?
You may bring up to 30 items each visit. We recommend that you carefully review (in good light) each item you plan to consign. All items must be in excellent condition, in season, in style washed, free from pet hair, smoke and body odors. Clothing should be on hangers for easy viewing. $10 cleaning fee for items that are unwashed or in need of an additional wash.
How much money will I make and how do I get paid?
Our goal is to make you as much money as we can; we pay attention to market factors to price items for maximum return. We don't want your items to go unsold due to unrealistic pricing and welcome your input. Consignors receive 45% of the selling price on all items.
You can check the status of your account anytime by calling (831) 512-9855 or Email firstname.lastname@example.org. At the end of your consignment period, you may request payment by cash, PayPal, APPLE PAY, or use your profit as in-store credit.
